We offer a childbirth and lactation class every other month where you can learn about the wide array of pre and post delivery services we have available. We provide instruction on how to prepare for your special day by covering topics of labor and delivery, natural versus medicated, breathing techniques, pain management options and postpartum care. We extensively go over breastfeeding and allow ample time throughout the class for questions. We will also take the opportunity to tour the Birthing Center during class to help familiarize you with the layout of the unit and options available.
