LPN/MAs:

We're seeking candidates to fill three LPN / MA positions: LPN / MA Position 901, LPN / MA Position 907, and LPN / MA Position 910, in our Stevensville Medical Center. This position involves direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. This position provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a physician. This position maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures, and standards. This position communicates with physicians and team members about the patient’s clinical condition, including the results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Nursing:

OB/GYN:

Physician - OB/GYN We're seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician based at our new Stevensville location, to join our current OB/GYN group. Responsibilities will include providing outpatient and inpatient care in our 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. Surgical services will be offered in our newly constructed surgical center and procedure rooms.

Occupational Therapist

We're seeking a candidate for our Occupational Therapist position. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the evaluation of client function as well as the planning, directing, and administering of occupational therapy treatments as prescribed by a referring provider in an effort to restore function following injury, disease or physical/cognitive/developmental disability. Assists patients in reaching their maximum level of independence while learning to function within the limits of their abilities. Participates in all operational aspects of the department and refers to the MDMH mission and vision statements when providing care.

Orthopedics:

NP/PA - Orthopedics We are seeking candidates to fill an NP/PA- Orthopedic position. This Clinician will provide high-quality outpatient care, inpatient care, and assist in surgeries in our orthopedic clinic. They will be responsible for initial consultations as well as follow-up care for orthopedic patients. They will prescribe appropriate medication, coordinate medical referrals, and aid in pre-operative workup and clearance. They will assist our orthopedic surgeon with surgical cases, and follow patients while they are hospitalized after surgery, and take call for those patients.

This position will be based in our Stevensville facility with call and surgery in our main hospital campus in Hamilton.

Patient Access Representative:

We're seeking candidates to fill our Patient Access Representative position. This position is often the first point of contact for our patients and therefore must represent our organization with the highest standard of customer service and compassion while performing all duties in a manner consistent with our mission, vision, and standards of performance.

Physical Therapist:

The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation of client function as well as the planning, directing, and administering of physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a physician in an effort to restore function following injury, disease or physical disability. The PT assists patients in reaching their maximum level of independence while learning to function within the limits of their abilities. The PT also participates in all operational aspects of the department and refers to the hospital's mission and vision statements when making decisions. to

Rehabilitation Services:

Outpatient Physical Therapist We have two outpatient Physical Therapist positions available for our Stevensville location. A background in orthopedics and sports medicine is preferred, but not required. The PT will be responsible for the evaluation of client function as well as the planning, directing, and administering of physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a physician in an effort to restore function following injury, disease, or physical disability.

Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant We have a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant position available for our Stevensville location. A background in orthopedics and sports medicine is preferred, but not required. The PTA will be responsible for providing services to patients in the outpatient setting in coordination with the supervision PT. This includes ongoing re-assessment of client function as well as planning and administering of evidence-based PT treatments in an effort to restore function following injury, disease or physical disability.

Speech Therapy

We're seeking candidates to fill a Speech-Language Pathologist position. This position is responsible for the evaluation of client function as well as the planning, directing, and administering of Speech Therapy treatments as prescribed by a referring provider in an effort to restore function following injury, disease, or physical/cognitive/developmental disability. Assists patients in reaching their maximum level of independence while learning to function within the limits of their abilities. Participates in all operational aspects of the department and refers to the MDMH mission and vision statements when providing care.
