Childbirth One Day Class

Bitterroot Health and its Labor and Delivery staff offer a one-day Childbirth Education Class, covering all aspects of birth and will help mother prepare for their experience.

The information provided is on the entire birth process, breathing and relaxation techniques, how partners can assist with the labor process, pain management, breastfeeding, newborn care and postpartum care. This class includes a tour of the Bitterroot Health Birthing .

The expecting parents have an opportunity to meet the medical staff and delivery team and learn what makes an optimum birth experience.
